In Evolution Clothing, Craftsmen excellence, the fabric, supplied by the client or its supplier, is spread on a large table in the drafting department and evaluated, checked for some possible defects and optimized for the cut, so there won’t be any waste and the result will be quick and perfect.

The plotter prints the pattern, that is placed on so-called “mattresses”, which are simply some overlying pieces of fabric.

The numerical control cutting machine performs the cuts on a millimeter precision, based on the preloaded data.

THE CUSTOMIZATION OF THE BRAND

The pneumatic press allows the application of silicones, to give the garment a magnificent elasticity, transfer or other decorations, which embellish the garment and underline the unique character of the brand and the concept of the model.

Our experience allows us to adapt to trends evolution, the preciousness and the originality of the shapes launched by our brand and to enhance designer’s job, his inspirations, his point of view of the garment and on the public for which he thought that particular model.

Only a highly experienced artisan cutter is able to understand the subtleties and specificities of the models and fully respond to the creative idea.

Evolution Clothing combines craftsmanship and experience to solve problems of coherence with the project but also to prevent and anticipate them, thanks to the ability to “understand”, “read”, “interpret” the fabric.

Manual skills and craftsmanship can be particularly appreciated in the work on fabrics with particular patterns, stripes or checked designs, which must be spread manually to perfectly match the decorative motif: perfection always characterizes luxury items.
